walk through our home:
Inlighted entrance with open stair case to upper floor: master bedroom 180*200; second bedroom 140*200  plus baby bed. Third bedroom with up to two single beds. Bath room with shower, tube and 2 washbasins.

On main floor: big kitchen with table for dinner, dish washer, corn mill and a lot more - ready to use. Living room with 2 sitting groups, smartTV+DVD + music center and door to terrace. Office room with PC and bed and last but not least a washroom for your needs.

In cellar you find a youth room, a shower in heating room, freezer and washing maschine + dryer. Our home is heated centrally by floor except in cellar by radiators.

Wifi in all rooms and on terrace.

At terrace you will find a beach chair, table and more.

We do not smoke -> please: smoking only outside of our home.
We do not like animals in our home.

Car exchange is possible.
bikes are available - 1 ebike.
Internet and Wifi are free.
Games and some children plays are here. A windsurf board may be used for stand-Up paddling - please inform us for preparation.

After an exchange we like to find our home as you got it. If you prefere we may arrange a helping hand for final cleaning.

Since 1992 we exchanged more than 75 times. We will care for your home and belongings and give it back in clean condition.
